Valued at a whopping $400,000, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Gyrotourbillon 1 wristwatch is an incredible example of ultra-complex watchmaking. To speak of its exclusivity, there are only 75 Jaeger-LeCoultre Gyroturbillon 1 wristwatches available worldwide. Online jeweler SoKoBe is now offering one of the limited edition wristwatches for $339,995, which is about 20 percent less than the normal price. It’s being sold by the jeweler as its weekly special. Since 2004, the Gyroturbillon 1 by Jaeger-LeCoultre has been rolled out in a limited runs of 20 watches annually. It features a spherical Tourbillon carriage that rotates upon multiple axes. With a 43mm platinum case and a transparent case back, the watch has 679 parts and 117 jewels. A sapphire crystal and the black crocodile leather strap further add to the aesthetics. The watch functions include hours, minutes, power reserve, perpetual calendar, date, month, leap year and a gyroscopic Tourbillon. The Gyroturbillon 1 comes boxed with all manuals and paperwork.
