An Aston Martin car that was driven by James Bond in Goldfinger and Thunderball has fetched a price of over £1million. The legendary 1965 DB5 model complete with high-tech gadgets including built-in Browning machine guns, wheel-mounted tyre slashers, an oil slick ejector and a retractable rear bullet-proof screen and was auctioned off at RM Auctions' 7th Annual Vintage Motor Cars Auction on Jan. 20. The silver-grey classic car is one of only three of the special 007 models and it also boasts of three revolving number plates including the registrations 007JB and JB007. The car was earlier sold to a European Collector in 1970 for a price of £5,000. The James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is popularly known as 'one of the most famous cars in the world.'
