Oscar-winning Jennifer Connelly along with her husband, Paul Bettany, decided that it was time to move out of the TriBeCa penthouse. The couple las listed their swanky penthouse for sale at $8.495 million. It had originally been purchased by the couple for $6.995 million in 2008.
Location: The full-floor, loft-type penthouse apartment is located in the affluent TriBeCa neighborhood on the edge of New York City.
Accommodation: The penthouse features an ample 4,096 square feet of living space. There is a master bedroom and two other bedrooms. The house has 2.5 bathrooms with the master bath being attached to the master bedroom. There is a separate laundry room and a dressing room.
Features: Most of the penthouse's living space is taken up by the expansive living room which measure more than 800 square feet in itself. There are excellent views of the River Hudson from the living room. With 9 windows and a large skylight, there is plenty of outdoors in the home. The entry to the penthouse is via a key-locked elevator which leads to a long, 20-foot foyer. The modern and well equipped kitchen has a large dining space by its side.
