Jodie Foster listed her quaint Cape-Cod style ranch house for $9.975 million through David Kramer and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland. She had bought the house which was built in 1949 and remodeled in 2005 for $8.1 million from the famous plastic surgeon, Norman Leaf. It is reported that she finally sold the same for $8.3 million.

Location: The ivy-covered house is located in prime property area at Beverly Hills. It is just two blocks away from the popular Beverly Hills Hotel in California.

Accommodation: The house is almost a mini-palace when it comes to its accommodation facilities. It can provide luxurious housing for at least 14 occupants with its 7 large bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The main house has a living space of 5,484 square feet. In the premises, there is also a 2-bedroom guesthouse which can be let out to guests.

Features: The house is generous in its luxury and features. It sits pretty on nearly 1 acre of prime real estate. The glorious outdoors have a scenic and nature-surrounded swimming pool. There is also a championship quality tennis court. The main house has a brick-paved patio which leads to the natural outdoor kitchen. The large family room has a huge fireplace with intricate detailing. A wet bar, a library, a mirrored exercise room and a media room are facilities within the home itself. The house building is studded with multiple windows and includes skylights too. The bathrooms are marble-floored and will surely floor any user! Elegant fashion has been brought to the interiors via the floor-to-ceiling wood paneling.

Neighborhood: Beverly Hills is a very plush neighborhood and a galaxy of stars and celebrities stay there. The number exceeds 300 and includes names like Sylvester Stallone and Priscilla Preisley.

Foster was recently photographed getting behind the wheels of her silver white Toyota Prius. The hybrid SUV utilizes a combination of an 1800cc 2ZR-FXE petrol engine along with a 650 V electric motor to power itself. The petrol engine delivers an output of 98HP which allied with 35HP of peak power supplied by the electrical batteries makes for 135HP of maximum output. The seat covers are made of high end leather. Other user friendly facilities include adaptive cruise control, a solar-powered ventilation system, an automatic air conditioner, iPod integration, and head-up display.

Whale and dolphin watching offer excitement while rounds of Golf on the picturesque courses will be relaxation. Renting a car on the island and going around will be a rich experience. Island hopping is not a bad option either! Traditional dining of seafood will be a memorable experience as will the shopping be! Since Hawaii is home to several volcanoes, trekking, exploring and watching them in itself would be a great pastime.

Jodie has attended a fund raising event organized by this charity last year in California. The primary aim of the NGO is to help out orphans and disadvantaged children round the world by empowering them. This is done by setting up partnerships with local charities to provide facilities like vocational training, medical care, education and clean drinking water.

The actress flaunted her customized designer strapless Armani gown to the 69th annual Golden Globes award. It features a Mediterranean teal colored dress covered by beads all-over the body creating a dramatic effect. The sequin gown has an intricate border with a structured crescent shaped bustier and a beaded-side ruffle till the length of the skirt.

The artist has worn these designer sandals to a high-profile function. The made in Italy stiletto boasts of snake embossed metallic leather straps with leather lining and a padded insole. The open toe sandals have an elastic sling-back for a comfortable fit with heels measuring 5 inches.
