Update: Kanye West lists his LA bachelor pad for $3.3million

Kanye Omari West lives a lavish lifestyle which is proved by his grand mansions across the world. One such lavish house is in California. West bought the property for $1.75 million in 2003 and listed it in 2010 for $3,995,000. Soon after purchasing it Kanye stared a makeover of the house by Desiridata Design and it took three long years to renovate. The original plan was to demolish the ramshackle building and construct a new one but then the rapper listed the property.

Location: The grand mansion is located in Beverly Hills which is a residence to many rich and famous people. The place lies in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

Accommodation: The house that was purchased by the rapper in 2003 is well decked and is spread in the area of 34,580 square feet of grounds. The mansion boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms. the interior of the house is such that a magazine stated it is “a cross between a museum and a Louis Vuitton boutique.” Each and every matriral used in the house is just unique like the floors are made of travertine and French walnut. The kitchen is designed din a way to give a lounge look and the ceilings are made in loft style.

Apart from owning a house in Beverly Hills the rapper also owns many other grand mansions. One such mansion is in Hollywood Hills which is up for sale. The house was built in 2002 and is colorfully designed by a "renowned Italian architectural designer" Claudio Silvestrin. The house is listed for $3.995 million.
