Last Bugatti Veyron 16.4 sold to European buyer
Volkswagen’s Bugatti Veyron 16.4, which got worldwide fame as the fastest production car in the world, is now bringing an end to its limited edition production of 300 pieces with the last buyer from Europe. An automotive marvel in every way possible, the Bugatti Veyron was to be created in limited numbers. This has been a tradition with other Bugatti cars such as the Supersport which are collector’s items and rated as the most valuable cars in existence.
Engine specifications like no other, this car has the capacity to travel from 0-100 km/ph within a time span of 2.5 seconds. The top speed of the car is 407 km/ph and it comes with the electric sunroof. Fitted with an 8-liter 16-cylinder engine with quad turbo-charged mechanism, it generates a total of 987 Horsepower, and 1250 Nm of torque.
The main governance of the vehicle is carried out from its 7 gear twin clutch gearbox, giving it one of the fastest transmissions in the world, only matched by the Super sport version of the car. The braking system is in the form of specially designed carbon-ceramic brakes that cools itself through an in-built mechanism when on high speeds. And, the rear spoiler also acts as an integral air brake when stopping or slowing the vehicle at high speeds.
The last of this automarvel is now being produced, and is set to be delivered to the unnamed buyer next year. Little is known about the buyer but it is said that he/she hasn’t owned a vehicle from Bugatti before, and this one will be first. So, cut the story short, thus lucky buyer will sure drive away one superfast car!
