Lindsay Lohan moved into a rented house costing $9,000 per month on a yearlong lease agreement in 2012 after she couldn’t afford the monthly rental of her former home. Unfortunately Lohan’s new home has been in the media spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Lindsay once wanted to cancel the lease agreement midway owing to financial constraints but has decided otherwise since the penalty levied for annulling such a contract is massive. The actress got embroiled in a very serious legal controversy when she broke the terms of her $200,000 contract with media company Bravo TV by refusing to film the “big reveal” portion of the show “Million Dollar Decorators”. All this after the company spent $200,000 on renovating Lindsay’s home!

Location: Lohan’s current residence is a part of the Beverly Hills area in Los Angeles.

Accommodation: The two storied house comes with a total living space of 2,500 square-feet. The villa possesses three bedrooms, a modern kitchen with marble counter tops, a living room equipped with a stone fireplace, dining space, private balcony and four bathrooms. Lindsay’s concern for the environment is evident from her support for the Textile Recycling for Aid and International Development, more commonly abbreviated as TRAID. The charity is committed to protect the precious environment through recycling procedures. TRAID also works to reduce world poverty and delivers educational programs and campaigns for the same within the UK. The charity collects the necessary funds through the compilation and auction of reclaimed shoes and clothing, and uses them to fund its sustainable development projects.
