Logic3 revs up your music with Ferrari Scuderia dock and headphone collection
Ferrari Scuderia was a name we had associated with the 16M Spyder car and custom built coach, but now the name makes a come-back to unveil the headphone and dock collection for fans of the auto brand. Logic3, which has been a pioneer into creating products of such sorts, partnered with Ferrari to create a series of limited edition headphones and docking port for iPods, which shall be every bit the kind a Ferrari lover would like to have around them. Apart from the Cavallino Collection, this entire series draws its inspiration from Scuderia Ferrari F1 styling, and even carries the badge in its products.
Pictured above is the FS1 speaker dock, priced at $612 (£400), which is meant for being the perfect accessory for the iPod geeks. Featuring a power output of 120W, it gives pretty much the punch that you would expect out Ferrari engines, apart from the similar kind of high-quality body finish. Featuring a white top with the similar colored buttons and dock slot, the body is a majorly black with a matte finish. As one may have noticed the modern day sporting cars aren’t just about glossy red or black finishes anymore. The matte finish is what seems to be capturing the eye balls, and in this case, it certainly will. The peek-a-boo red border near the top end is of course the signature Ferrari shade.
The next product in this series is the varied kinds of headphones. Available as stereophonic and earphone models, these accessories have been designed to cut out any external source of sound, and also not make the ear hurt after longer durations of use. The fabrics used, including the ear swabs pads, have been selected specially to that sound can be cancelled out but the comfort level should never really go down. Models like the P200 for that matter, will deliver 3D level sound with High Audio Scene technology, which has been seen previously in F1 races, where members of the pit stop are seen using it. The price range for these headsets range from $228- $457 (£149- £299). CES 2012 is where one would get the chance to view them first in hand.
And to cut it all short, the Scuderia series of products certainly have us scrambling for our shopping lists. So, those geeks out there who would want looks and quality to go together, this might be just one of the very best chances.
