Situated in the heart of Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel offers luxurious accommodation for your furry friends while you are away. Owned by Abi and Matt Purser, the lavish feline hotel has six large heated chalets, each with its own bedroom and exercise area to make sure your pampered cat can enjoy a luxurious holiday like yours. The luxurious suites include the Daisy Suite, Savanna Suite, Poppy Suite, Autumn Suite, Bluebell Suite and the Bonsai Suite. One of the major highlights is the “A La Cat” menu served on bone china plates inside every luxury suite. The fresh locally sourced produce is used to create this menu under the guidance of a feline nutritionist. Some of the specialist dishes include poached salmon and tiger prawns. Each chalet has its own themed garden area and there are porcelain water fountains that deliver fresh oxygenated water throughout the day. A £5,000 high-end sound system makes sure the guest cats are never bored.

There are some pretty good catteries out their if you look, but no one has gone quite to the lengths we have in terms of comfort and style.

We believe cats deserve this kind of treatment while their owners are hopefully getting the same standards on their trip away.

We will shortly be installing a machine which blows out catnip flavoured bubbles. We want the cats to stay active, happy and entertained while they’re here.

For the luxurious accommodation, they charge £15 per day for the large suite and £19 for the extra large suite. The A la Cat menu, served at suppertime, costs an extra £3.50 per day. If you think your cat deserves even more, they have the grooming packages for additional charges.
