Mobiado unveils the Grand 350 Aston Martin phones
Mobiado, which has carved a niche for itself in the space of luxury accessories makers, has launched the Grand 350 Aston Martin mobile handsets, bringing together the finesse of the car maker’s designs and technology to match up to the aura of the elite customers. We had earlier discussed the launch of the mobile handset division in collaboration with Aston Martin earlier this year, in our coverage of ‘Mobiado Aston Martin’ handset launch, and the introduction of these handsets further accentuate the same.
Mobiado has taken a great care in this regard to carry forward the similar level of sophistication in these handsets. Common aspects of these handsets include the 271 carat of sapphire crystal inlays, CNC machine crafted aluminum frame with ruby infrared screen, stainless steel buttons, sliding battery cover mechanism which itself is made of sapphire crystal. Since it would cater to multiple nations of customers, the embedded software and the keypad come in optional multi-lingual fashion. The technical features comprise of a 3.2 megapixel camera, quad-band network adjustment, 3.5 G, HSPDA & WLAN internet surfing, email with dedicated key to the function, expandable memory, micro USB connectivity, and to keep it all safe, a device lock. These features have been kept constant in the 3 models available, named as black, black satin and silver versions. The difference with the black satin version is the glass-beat treated body finish which gives a satin like feeling, and the silver version which has a silver white body, whereas the rest is common.
Mobiado’s creativity came to light earlier at the Baselworld 2011 event, where the Mobiado CPT 2002 handset was launched in partnership with Aston Martin. It had a unique transparent body which stands out till this day. As a tech friendly bunch of people, we might not be very gaga over the Aston Martin 350 handsets’ technical features, but can’t resist the stylish appeal for which we think these handsets will be in demand.
