World’s most expensive paddleboard sells for $27,500
A few years ago, when John and Bari Denny left Maui, and created their own venture on Jupiter paddleboarding, they perhaps didn’t make the right estimate, as to how popular their sport would eventually become. Perfectly suited for the waters of Palm Beach, this specialized water based sport flourished amongst enthusiasts, and the Jupiter Paddleboarding became the largest retailer in the region. With master designers like Jimmy Lewis, they even managed to make some high-end boards like the current piece, which fetched $27,500 at a recent charity auction. This winning bid made it the most expensive paddleboard (sup board) in the world.

World’s most expensive pigeon sold for $328,826 to Chinese billionaire
As farfetched our memories go, and extensive our records are, the most extravagant display of wealth on a pet was the $1.6 million Tibetan mastiff dog, which happened to be the most expensive dog. With a price much lesser than that, it’s now the turn of the world’s most expensive pigeon, which was auctioned online recently, for a price of $328,826. The buyer for the expensive Dutch pigeon is known to be Chinese billionaire Hu Zhen Yu, who has bought the pigeon for breeding instead of racing. Though the trend in China shows that pigeons like these are bought generally for racing, but the Chinese shipping magnet seems to have thought otherwise, and breed it instead.

London still remains the center for luxury lifestyle in the UK, at least when it comes to buying expensive real estate. Now another place in UK’s most expensive neighborhood, Kensington Palace Gardens is on offer for $158 million. Guess that’s the kind of price one could easily expect for one of Europe’s best neighborhoods.
