Antilla
The gizmo-filled posh pad, named "Antilla," belongs to the Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani. This house is claimed to be most expensive home till date. The house is a 27-story, 40,000 sq/ft tower which stands 570-ft tall above the ground and will have 400,000 sq. ft. of interior space.
Location: The mansion is located at the Altamount Road, Mumbai, India. The house is situated in Cumballa Hill, South Mumbai, where land prices are upward of US$10,000 per square metre.
Accommodation: World’s most expensive home has 60-storey high has only 27 livable floors with each having outrageously high ceilings. Inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the house will be among the tallest structures in Mumbai. The future glass tower has six parking floors that can accommodate 168 cars and also have an in-house garage. A plush movie theater can seat 50 people at any time. Above that, there is a health club and a sparkling pool. The roof has three helipads, and several levels throughout the building are dedicated to gardens and terraces. A domestic staff of 600 will run the place which was designed by Chicago architecture firm Perkins & Will. It was speculated that the Ambanis might not shift to that house ever because of Vastu Dosh ( Bad Omen). But according to recent reports the family had already shifted to Antilla two months ago after addressing the Vastu dosh through a series of rituals. According to some reports this mansion has come under the scanner of legal authorities in India, for several legal roadblocks that this property has run into, primarily financial.

This multi-terraced home to Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani, his wife Nita Ambani, and their three children is based on the lotus and sun, and the top of this structure is a private full-floor residence.
"We made our home right at the top because we wanted the sunlight," Nita says of the quarters, which have views of the Arabian Sea. "So it's an elevated house on top of a garden."
The Antilla also has 50-person home-theater with a garden roof, full 6-floors dedicated to parking of family’s 168 luxury cars and a private car-service center located on the 7th floor, three helipads along with an air space floor, and 9 high-speed elevators, each dedicated for different floors and purpose.
