Pop star Natasha Bedingfield purchased a lavish mansion more than three years back and reportedly paid close to $2.3 million to seal the deal. The singer benefited a great deal from the great US housing market crash in 2008 since she managed to save more than $2million on the final asking price due to the fact that the value of the property plummeted from an astronomical high of $4.5 million. Natasha moved in to her new property shortly after her wedding to business tycoon Matt Robinson. The house served as the couple’s residence for nearly three years before Bedingfield let it out for rent for an estimated price of $18,000 per month.

Location: The house is located in the celebrity infested Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles. 

Accommodation: The three storied house was built in 1953 and offers a total living space of 4800 square feet. It has been equipped with 4 bedrooms, a massive living room, one dining room, two kitchens, a media room, a small office space and five bathrooms. The guesthouse is detached from the main villa and the garage can hold up to three large cars simultaneously. The outdoor compound of the house has been given a very aesthetic appearance by the presence of a very beautiful garden and well maintained lawns. Natasha’s home offers spectacular views of the Californian mountain range.

Bedingfield has raised a lot of funds for this philanthropic organization. Started in May 2008 the NGO helps in raising a lot of money for scientists and cancer researchers to attain their goal for the ultimate discovery of a cure for cancer.

The artist has campaigned for this charity. The NGO was founded by the legendary entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson in 2004. Branson motivates his staff spread around the globe to tackle serious social problems in an entrepreneurial way. The non-profit foundation is dedicated in helping to stop the spread of dreaded diseases like Malaria, AIDS and TB.
