Hilton hotel heiress Nicky Hilton listed her mansion for sale for a reported price tag of $3 million on July 2012. The traditional styled house was constructed in 1942 and was acquired by Paris Hilton's sibling back in 2007 in a deal valued at $2.8 million. From then, the property served as the fashion designer’s residence, which underwent an impressive, extensive renovation process conducted by the Hilton family interior decorator Faye Resnick. However, in case this property doesn't find the buyer, Nicky then has plans to lease out the apartment for a monthly rental of $15,000.

Location: The villa is located on the western most end of the iconic Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California.

Accommodation: The 4,072 square feet single storied villa is situated in the middle of a lush green ground measured at 0.35 acres, and boasts of three bedrooms, a formal living room, dining room, four bathrooms and family room. The modern kitchen featuring parquet flooring leads out to an adjacent breakfast room and has been fitted with two dishwashers, four ovens and two massive refrigerators.

Socialite, fashion designer and Hilton hotel heiress Nicky Hilton owns a metallic black Range Rover which has been involved in quite a few controversial incidents. As on March 2011, Nicky got on the wrong side of the law when she was apprehended by Los Angeles police officers for using her mobile phone while driving. Apparently, Nicky managed to emerge unscathed from the incident and the cops didn't press any charges against her. The marriage lasted just 2 months as it was annulled with the same speed at which it was done! It was an amicable annulment, and Nicky continues to be a good friend to Todd. The split too was 'presided over' and legalized by a judge at the Clark County Family Court in Las Vegas.
