OMA Monarch, butterfly-shaped speakers boats exceptional looks & sound
A true audiophile would know the value of a good speaker and would not mind to spend a fortune on a technically awesome speaker. Earlier we have covered all kind of speakers from luxury ones, like the Ivy speakers that costs $100,000 to unique ones like speaker made of concrete and many others. So, yet again for people who are in love with unique speakers, a well-known designer OMA has designed a beautiful and unusually designed horn speaker. The speaker has two 15-inch woofers attached to an aluminum tube and is characterized by extremely high 104-decibel efficiency.
The butterfly-shaped speakers, dubbed as Monarch, will wonderfully add to the décor of your room. The speakers are made of aluminum alloy horn and compression driver that covers the midrange. The simple crossover network ensures outstanding high frequencies making the speaker unique and simply the best among all others. These speakers are available in several wood ranges and different types of finishes.
The designer OMA has designed many other unique speakers other than Monarch. Among few of his best work is the Imperia, which is an ultimate speaker from OMA. The speaker took four years in making and is equipped with four way horn system along with vertical array of conical horns covering 100hz to 20khz. The system is completely time aligned and is extremely efficient. Extremely efficient at 105db 1w/1m power, these conical speakers are made of solid Pennsylvania Black Walnut, Cherry and Ash.
