Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex

The Earl of Wessex, Prince Edward is the youngest child of Her Majesty and Prince Philip. A History graduate from the University of Cambridge, Edward was initially educated in schools in Ascot and Scotland, just like his two brothers. His disinterest in army life made him resign from “Royal Marines” and he joined a theatrical productions company, which was his area of curiosity. He established the “Ardent Television Company” and started making documentaries regarding the Royal Family, but later stepped down from the role to focus on his royal responsibilities. He married Public relations officer “Sophie Rhys-Jones” at Windsor Castle in 1999 and has two children - Lady Louise Windsor and James Viscount Severn.
