The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong launches innovative wine club concept “Vinosseur” for wine connoisseurs
The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong which we had earlier spoken about, for being the world’s highest hotel location is introduced yet another innovation in form of the ‘Vinossuer’ wine club concept. Built as an exclusive melting pot for the wine connoisseurs, this club will be a forum for those who wish to share their common passion for the beverage, and perhaps even become a knowledge sharing platform. To be unveiled on the 7th of March, 2012, this club will be host special wine tasting sessions and related events every 1st Wednesday of the month, spread across the different prize winning restaurants of the hotel. Seems like a complete indulgence for the rich folks out there.
Beginning with the ‘Tosca’ restaurant in the hotel, the wine appreciation events of the Vinosseur club begins with the theme of ‘North Vs South Italy’ wines, where specialties from both these regions, will be on offer for the patrons to taste and share views. Along with the wine tasting session going underway, there also will be a 6-course degustation dinner, put together by the Executive Chef Vittorio Lucariello who will be guiding everyone with the best suggested methods to enjoy the experience. With the aid of sommelier and Associate F&B director Roberto Garrone, secrets to vintage and flavoring of the wines will also be shared. About this idea, MrGarrone comments,
