It can carry 12 passengers in 6 separate suits. Four main MTU engines grant it a total power of 12,616 hp. Additionally it is outfitted with a General Electric LM2500 gas turbine on board, which gives a combined power of 30,843 hp. This allows the yacht to reach a maximum speed of more than 30 knots. The 163.5 meter yacht (536 feet) Eclipse is the world's largest yacht and at a reported cost of over £700 million, also the most expensive.
