The sea instrument is developed in conjunction with professional divers and shall serve for divers of all abilities. It features a transflective color screen with the display covered by sapphire crystal glass, an advanced 3-axis compass, CPU’s and alarm systems. The luxury instrument easily attaches on top of the Linde Werdelin Biformeter watches to provide protection, guidance and re-experience when needed. It shows depth, dive time, vital decompression stops, temperature, maximum depth and surface interval times, constantly keeping the user in a real time picture. The sea instrument is water resistant to 1,000 feet and is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery with 28 hours continuous diving or five days standby. “We are very excited about the launch of the new LINDE WERDELIN Sea Instrument. This is the first time that such a sophisticated piece of sports equipment has been achieved with a truly luxurious finish,” comments Morten Linde. The Linde Werdelin sea instrument is available in natural or black anodized aluminum finish and a limited amount have been commissioned in solid 18K yellow gold. The aluminum version sells for 2,100 euros and will be available later this year.
