How much do you think one can spend on getting a good night’s sleep? Remember, we told you about Tom Cruise’s $50,000 Vividus bed and David Beckham’s $50,000 Monarch Vi-spring bed? Vi-Spring believes that sleeping on the right bed can be a truly life-changing experience, and that’s why the British company has launched its latest design, The Majesty, priced at a staggering $84,425 from Harrods. The most expensive bed includes: mattress, divan, headboard and scatter cushions, and is made entirely by hand and filled with 6,240 hand-nested springs and sumptuous natural fillings and topped with layers of silk, cashmere, blended lambswool and cotton.

Mike Meehan, Managing Director of Vi-Spring, said: “We spend a third of our lives asleep, so purchasing a bed is an important decision and should be seen as an investment. More and more customers are realizing this, and that only an uncompromising approach will do.” The divan is crafted from sustainably-sourced beech, and upholstered in fabric from the JAB ANSTOEZ elegant Grandezza collection, which combines high-class Jacquard fabric with lavish gold and silver prints in a selection of dramatic colors. Sleep sure is priceless, but now you know how pricey it comes for some.
