When Winona Ryder decided to move ahead with her living home in 2010, she listed her home in Hollywood Hills for $4,095,000. She had bought it in 1998 for a price of $2.6 million. The villa was built in 1936 and has been graced by in its life by the actress Angie Everheart and Bernie Taupin, the brilliant songwriting partner to Elton John.
