Executive head chef Carlos Martinez has created the afternoon tea for two. For the hefty price, this tea includes white truffles at a £2,500 per kilogram, Beluga Caviar at £4,000 per kilogram and Da Hong Pao Tea at over £2,000 per kilogram. It’s even washed down by a glass of Dom Perignon Rose. Moreover, the tea has the "Cliveden House Chocolate Cake with Gold Leaf," which uses Amedi Porcelana, the world’s most expensive chocolate. Further, the world’s most expensive coffee Kopi Luwak complements the cake. The package comes complete with the £100 Platinum Club Sandwich, which is made from 30-month air-cured Ibérico ham, poulet de Bresse, white truffles, quail eggs, semi-dried Italian tomatoes and 24-hour fermented sourdough bread.
